- Press the GLOBAL mode key on the front of your synthesizer
- Navigate to "PAGE 2A - GLOBAL MIDI" by pressing the PAGE + button twice
- Next, press the RIGHT ARROW key three times until you see the word "LOCAL" appear on your screen
- Enable or disable this option as you see fit using the UP or DOWN arrows
