Installation Technician

This position is seasonal, beginning mid-spring and continues throughout the fall. College students looking for a summer position are welcome.

The Installation Technician will travel on-site to schools around the country to install music technology labs:

• Assemble Modular Furniture
• Assemble PCs and Macintosh computers
• Network computers, synthesizers, and audio gear
• Install/Configure music software applications
• Test all lab components for stability

A good candidate for this position will have knowledge of music technology (MIDI, Music Software Applications, Music Synthesizers, Digital Audio); knowledge of PC and Macintosh platforms; ability to travel and work independently; excellent people skills; excellent listening and verbal skills.
