This indicates that there is a bad connection between the GEC3 unit and one or more of the SCI (student) units. This can be caused by either a bad CAT5 cable or a bad SCI (student) unit. To determine this, do the following:
If you notice that the "X" of the suspected station has moved to the "swapped" station, you have a bad cable. If the "X" has not moved, you have a damaged SCI unit.
