SoundTree Purchasing Terms & Conditions

Thank you for your business! Please read and familiarize yourself with the following terms and conditions as part of your purchasing agreement. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact your rep or email info@soundtree.com.

1. All Prices are subject to change.


2. This Proposal is valid only for the price, terms, delivery method, and specifications listed on your quote.


3. No substitutions or emissions are permitted. All changes must be accompanied by a revised SoundTree proposal and purchase order confirming those changes.


4. Please notify SoundTree immediately of any required changes to this proposal.


5. Delivery times vary and are subject to multiple factors, including but not limited to product availability, ship-to location, customization, and external factors (weather conditions/transportation disruptions/etc.).


6. If special delivery is required (such as a lift gate or inside delivery) please notify your SoundTree Representative. There will be an additional fee. Special shipping requirements must also be noted on your official order document (Purchase Order, Credit Card form, etc.).


7. In the case that a product necessary for the completion of the lab installation is back-ordered, SoundTree will offer a substitute product to expedite the delivery and installation of the lab. If a substitute product is not available, a new installation date will be set when the backordered product’s delivery date is confirmed.


8. All products provided by the school that are required to complete the lab installation must be onsite and accessible by the scheduled installation date. If required products are not onsite or accessible by the confirmed installation date, SoundTree will not be responsible for making a return visit to install those products or any products impacted in the process.


9. If products are confirmed delivered to the school before the confirmed installation date but are not onsite or accessible on the confirmed installation date, SoundTree will complete the installation without said products. If a return visit is required to install the missing products, SoundTree will charge an additional installation fee. SoundTree will create a new installation quote for the cost of the return visit and require a new purchase order from the school equal to amount on the new quote.


10. Onsite installation services are first come, first serve and are scheduled after a purchase order is received. Please send the purchase order 6 weeks prior to the target installation date to secure the date that works best for you. 


11. All products must be transported to the room in which the equipment will be installed in prior to SoundTree’s arrival –or near the room (ex. a storage closet or vacant room in the same hallway).


12. A school representative is required to sign off on all pre-defined deliverables on the last day of the installation.


13. By ordering our products or services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
